Inspiring days at HVL’s sustainability week
Busy days for Havdis at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences‘s Sustainability Week.
Our CEO Andreas Lyhammer joined founders night to share reflections from our journey building Havdis, and took part in a panel on how different organizations approach sustainability. Sustainable development has to make economic sense, and real impact comes from sustainability and economics moving in the same direction. 💡
The following day, Andreas Lyhammer with one of our strategic advisors, Torleif Markussen Lunde joined a full-day workshop by HVL Skape with a bachelor class focused on hashtag#100percentfish utilization. It was great to see students quickly grasp the potential in what the industry typically calls by-products. They closed the day as part of a pitching competition jury.
We are looking forward to continuing our work with Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and the community they are building around sustainable food and bioeconomy.
